These certifications guarantee the product's safety and quality. These panels feature a realistic marble appearance and texture, with a shiny surface that is UV resistant, ensuring they look great for years to come.
Ease of Use and Application
These panels are lightweight, thin, and easy to size, which simplifies the installation process. Each panel is 3mm thick and is available in two standard sizes: 122x244cm and 60x120cm. Custom sizes can also be produced for specific project needs, and several other sizes are available on our website. To complement the panels, matching borders and aluminum laths are available in standard lengths of 2.70 meters.
The larger 122x244cm panels cover 3 square meters and weigh 18 kilograms, while the smaller 60x120cm panels cover 0.72 square meters and weigh 4.5 kilograms. The 60x120cm size is designed for DIY projects, making it easy to install without professional assistance.
Versatile Applications
PVC Wall Panels are suitable for all vertical indoor surfaces where traditional marble or ceramic would be used. Ideal locations include building entrances, around and inside elevators, residential walls, bathrooms, and more. Additionally, these panels are compatible with CNC cutting, allowing them to be used for a wide variety of interior design applications, such as interior doors, cabinet doors, and furniture decorations.
Installation and Maintenance
Installation is straightforward and cost-effective. By applying Brute Concrete primer, the panels can be installed over existing ceramic surfaces without the need for removal. The panels can be easily measured and cut using a knife or circular saw. They are free from harmful substances and are odorless, ensuring a safe installation environment. The panels are resistant to chemical cleaning agents and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Unlike traditional marble, these panels do not generate construction debris during installation and feature a glossy surface that does not require additional polish or varnish. They are suitable for all waterproof vertical areas, adding a touch of elegance with the latest trend colors to any interior design.
Additional Notes
While PVC Wall Panels are highly versatile, they are not intended for floor use. They can be used on ceilings if installed properly and securely. For jointing, colored mastic can be used alongside the provided borders and aluminum laths.
For each square meter of installation, approximately 2.5 kg of Decokim adhesive is required, assuming the wall surface is smooth.
